RETURNS & SHIPPING FAQ
How do I return my order?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your HGHMNDS order. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. You may request a return or exchange only if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is not in acceptable condition
- The wrong item was delivered
Note: Gift cards and premium cards are not eligible for return.
To file a return request, email us at support@hghmnds.ph within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your proof of purchase
- An uncut video of you opening the package
Requests without these requirements will be considered invalid.
What are my return options?
You may return your item through the following options:
1. Courier Return (Shipping fee covered by HGHMNDS)
Steps:
- Email us at support@hghmnds.ph with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will send a return form.
- Pack the item securely and place the return form inside.
- Drop the package off at your preferred courier.
- Keep the tracking number for reference.
2. In-Store Return (Free)
Visit our storelocation within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Our in-store team will assist you with the return or exchange.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once your return is approved, we’ll notify you of the next steps.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Please keep the item in good, unused condition while it’s in your possession.
What if my order couldn’t be delivered?
HGHMNDS is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Failed attempts to receive the package
- Packages returned to the courier due to recipient unavailability
Once your order has been handed over to the courier and delivered to the address provided, handling and timing are no longer within our control.
To avoid delays or damage, please double-check your shipping information and make sure someone can receive your package.
